To our TriJewels Community, 

I wanted to personally connect with all of you on the current COVID-19 situation that is happening around the world and within our lives. The past few days and weeks, it's been hard to keep our minds off of the constant phone and new alerts on the outbreak and try to continue with our "normal lives". I'm sure several of you are feeling this way, and TriJewels is right beside you as we try to understand the best course of action for the upcoming weeks. 

Our factories, warehouses, and offices always have you, our valued customer, in mind, and that is not changing. As we work diligently to keep our employees safe and our offices and products sanitized, we understand things will be adjusted but we will never stop producing the best quality jewelry for you. 

We are based out NYC and currently, as per the state regulations, the city is under PAUSE and only essential workers are allowed to work. To keep our employees safe and keep in line with these regulations, we have decided to close down our offices, resulting in delays in processing orders.

As a small family business, it hurts to close our doors for the first time in 16 years so we urge you to continue using our website, creating beautiful jewelry, and buying our pieces. Products might be delayed but we promise to work with you ever step of the way, as we have always done in the past.
