Shipping Options:

We offer many types of shipping options, the shipping time taken does not include processing time, processing the order can take from 1 to 3 days as many of our products are custom made in our New York Factory.

Free Standard Delivery:

Unless expedited service is requested, your order should arrive within (7 - 14 days) after shipping. All Standard shipping is FREE to any location in United States. We would be using USPS for this service.

Two-Day Delivery:

Two-day delivery is available for $25.00. Your order should arrive 2 business days after shipping if ordered by 3 pm ET (Excluding Processing time as many of our pieces are custom built in our New York factory) on normal business days. Orders placed after 3 pm on Friday, anytime on Saturday, or anytime on Sunday will be processed the next business day and should arrive two business days after shipping. A signature may be required and additional charges may be assessed if more than one attempt is made for delivery. This service may not be available in some ZIP codes. We would be using either FEDEX, or UPS for this service.

Overnight Delivery:

Overnight Delivery is available for an additional $35.00. Your order should arrive the next business day after shipping if ordered by 3 pm ET (Excluding Processing time as many of our pieces are custom built in our New York factory). Orders placed after 3 pm on Friday, anytime on Saturday, or anytime on Sunday will be processed Monday and should arrive one business day after shipping. A signature may be required and additional charges may be assessed if more than one attempt is made for delivery. This service may not be available in some ZIP codes. We would be using either FEDEX, or UPS for this service.

International Shipping:

We do ship internationally subject to further verification of payment and location. All local duty and taxes would be borne by the customer receiving the package. Shipping charges would be determined as per the location.

Tracking Your Order

You will receive an e-mail notification the day your order has been shipped with a confirmation of shipment and a tracking number. This gives you the ability to track your order at all times until it reaches you or your recipient's doorstep.

Exceptions:

Customized orders may require additional processing time.
If the shipping/billing addresses are different, or if the monthly payment option is selected, your order may be delayed pending order and/or credit approval.

Please Note:

For your security, all orders requires an Adult signature in order for you to receive the package. If you cannot be available to sign for your package, please be sure that an adult who is authorized to sign for your package will be available at the designated shipping address.

You will receive an e-mail notification the day your order has been shipped with a confirmation of shipment and a tracking number.

All orders will be shipped pending credit approval. Customer Support may contact customers for additional information as required.

In the event that your order cannot be shipped, you will be contacted within 2 business days and informed of the reason for the delay.

All orders to APOs and MSPs are sent via USPS and can take up to 15 business days.
