I can't say enough incredible things about Vijay!! I did a ton of research which led me to the Trijewels.com site and when I read all of his glowing reviews, and realized how wonderful the site is - easy to change out colors, settings, metals, evaluate pricing and options. I recommended my husband check it out for bands I was hoping to get for an anniversary gift. My husband couldn't believe how wonderful of an experience purchasing and working with ViJay was. He was beyond helpful, insightful, extremely honest, he sent pictures and even stones to my husband to be able to make his final decision. The final product is gorgeous and we both couldn't be happier!!

My husband ordered me two rings to encourage me during my battle with cancer. The rings arrived. Beautiful stones but the settings were too high for my small hands. Vijay was wonderful. He immediately sent me a sample ring to see if that is the profile I wanted and he remade the rings for me! I wear them almost daily and I am reminded there are still artisans and business people who do care very much about their clients and making something beautiful for them.

Vijay has been amazing with all three of my purchases. By the end of him making my orders I have made a friendship with him. He always makes sure you understand exactly what you are getting. I ordered a piece that would not have worked for what I needed. He asked for pictures after the order but before he made the piece and caught my mistake. Pretty amazing he caught and fixed it by just a picture. He is extremely knowledgeable and I enjoyed him sharing his knowledge. The quality of his stones and diamonds are amazing. I knew he had great reviews on his jewelry but my wife and I were amazed when we got her jewelry. Based on his great customer satisfaction, his quality of work, and his great prices I will order though his business again.

Beautiful Ring!

I bought this ring as a surprise gift for my wife and it is absolutely beautiful! My wife loves the ring and wears it every day! Truly stunning and looks like a designer ring! Customer service was also tremendous, as I ordered the wrong size originally but Trijewels worked with me in order to arrange for a replacement with the correct size.

Highly recommend both the ring and purchasing from Trijewels for their commitment to the customer!
