I originally ordered the 2mm ring and before it shipped, I was contacted and sent a ring sizer free of charge to make sure I would get the correct size. When my ring arrived, I decided it looked too overpowering next to my engagement ring, so I asked if I could exchange it for the 1.7mm version. The customer service was impeccable and they even sent me a sample to make sure it would look good with my other ring.
