Holidays Extended Free Return Policy
For the 2023 holiday season, most of the items shipped between November 15th and December 31st can be returned until January 31 2024.
Returns must be unworn and in pristine unaltered condition in order to be accepted.
This applies to all products once customer has bought the product and payment has been processed through our website.
Free shipping on returns will only be offered in the US. Outside of the US, shipping and insurance will be the customer’s responsibility.
All items must be returned in their original condition (unaltered and untouched by any other third party jeweler) and packaging. If your return item was originally delivered with a diamond certificate and you do not return that certificate, you may be charged a $250 replacement fee.
Special orders will not be accepted for returns.
Once you are ready to ship with the return label provided by us, please make sure to scan the label and take a receipt so that insurance gets applied on the shipment. If for any reason the product is returned, then the paid shipping amount if any will not be refunded.
A 15% restocking fee may be charged for all returns from customers who consistently abuse the return privilege.
Once we have received and accepted your return, your refund will process within 3-5 days of receipt.
