First off, I loved the website. It was very easy to navigate and the pictures were so detailed as to what you would be getting. We ordered a cross for my daughters baptism gift. The quality and diamonds are beautiful. It's nice you get an appraisal with your purchase. The appraiser is GIA accredited. I worked with Vijay for my order and he was very helpful whenever I had any questions regarding my order. He was very quick to email me back with answers to my questions. I can say that is huge when it comes to customer service. There are not a lot of businesses who are good with customer service. I give this company an A+ when it comes to that as well. I had an issue with the post office when receiving my package. I called Trijewels just to give them a heads up that I hadn't received my package. Vijay assured me that if there was a problem they would re ship one out to me. Luckily, package was found and I was able to receive my cross in time for my daughters baptism.
