Vijay treated me like a son when I went to him for my engagement ring... I mean literally, the passion and genuine interest he showed in fine tuning the design of the setting to the the selection of diamond was uncanny. I’ve never been treated better by anyone - for any service or purchase. He knew how important the day was for me and he treated it as if he would be there too. Ultimately Vijay promised he would deliver me a final product that would take her breath away but he completely understated what he was capable of... I still can’t stop looking at her finger and it’s been a week ... look no further - seriously you won’t be disappointed

My experience working with Vijay was phenomenal. He called me and talked to me on the phone for over an hour to explain the ring buying process and what to look for and shop for. My ring came in well under budget and it came out absolutely beautiful. When I told him my requirements for a diamond, he sent me a message at 1:30 am that same day and sent me what he found and it was amazing at a ridiculously good price! He was super flexible on the design and it came out exactly the way I wanted it. Needless to say, my fiancé was floored! I spoke to him on the phone several times, visited his office several times, and was able to message him anytime I wanted. Everything from the timeliness, price, design, diamond quality, responsiveness, trustworthiness, and overall experience was top notch. I would highly recommend TriJewels and Vijay!

Excellent experience. I purchased an engagement ring from Tri Jewelers. Vijay was honest and direct with everything. I never felt that I was being mislead. Made me feel like family throughout the process. Extremely accommodating. Was always reachable via text, phone, or email. Vijay passed on pictures of the ring being made as he was away on vacation.
