Stressless guidance on buying an engagement ring

Ill start off by saying that I knew nothing about diamonds nor buying a diamond engagement ring. Vijay walked me through the entire buying process, educated me about diamonds in general and as well, worked to provide options on diamonds that fit within my budget. He guided me on the right diamond, not the one that cost the most or didn't meet what I was looking for, i.e. in general was advising me against buying more expensive diamonds! Look, at the end of the day, I'm not in the diamond business but I knew I could trust Vijay and that my money would be well spent. Oh by the way, the ring was beautiful and more importantly, my fiancée loves it and never wants to take it off.

Truth be told, we had some issues with the ring, but ViJay consistently worked and communicated with us. His continual reassurance allowed us to never once feel as if we were "taken." Ultimately, we received a newly constructed ring and are now 100% satisfied!

I wanted an eternity ring in my daughter's birthstone as she had passed away recently. I ordered the London Blue Topaz eternity ring. Minutes after I placed my order I received a call from Vijay, who wanted to ask a few questions in order to get my order just as I wanted. He sent me samples to try on and within days we had the order finalized. He even went to the trouble to wait for a new shipment of stones to arrive so that he could select the most perfect ones for my ring. And now he has designed a set of earrings to honor my daughter, whose name was Taylor. I will never look for another jeweler. The customer service from order to delivery was the best I've ever received.

My fiancé bought my engagement ring from Trijewela. We had a hard time finding a matching wedding band. I contacted Trijewels and was immediately replied to by Vijay. He said he could custom make a band to match my ring. I have been completely impressed with him and the company. Everyone at Trijewels has been very professional and a pleasure to deal with. Their craftsmanship is impeccable. I wanted 2 bands to go with my engagement ring, and Vijay had them both made in a matter of weeks. Such beautiful work. I could not be happier. The pictures do not do the quality and beauty of the rings justice.

The cross pendant is as expected. However, the
chain that comes with it is too flimsy and the catch
is too small for older adults. Hindsight would be to order pendant ONLY and select a more desirable chain
seperately. That is why the 4 stars instead of 5.

Vijay is the best! I purchased this ring for my girlfriend and a few hours later I get a personal call from Vijay, where he introduces himself and assures me that I will get a beautiful ring to propose with. He guided me on every aspect of the design and progress as it came along.

My girlfriend is not my fiance! She couldn't have happier with the ring!

We had to get the ring re-sized, as my fiance lost some weight since the last time her finger was sized. We got it back to Vijay, just to make sure it was done right, and we got it back within the week... it is perfect!

I would 100% recommend Vijay and Trijewels.

Trijewels went out of their way to create my dream bridal rings even respecting my budget. All the steps were clearly explained and executed with great works men ship.I received my rings one day ahead of schedule and they were simply the most beautiful and enclosed was a token of Trijewels customer appreciation a gift that said thank you.
