I ordered an eternity ring from trijewels to give to my wife as an anniversary present. Not only is their selection excellent with very reasonable prices, but their service is absolutely outstanding. Vijay Bhatia could write a book on what constitutes excellent public service. He was quick to respond to my emails and was honest, sincere, and very helpful. I cannot say enough about how great it was to deal with him and with trijewels. I would recommend this company to anybody!!

Hi I originally ordered two black diamond stacking rings from TriJewels.. Once the rings arrived I realized that I wanted bigger ones. I sent an email and Vijay emailed me back and called also to explain my return options and how he will find the right size for me. He even went to the trouble of taking pictures of different rings on his finger to show comparative size differences in the stones. The refund was very quickgetting back into my account and after a few more emails and pictures I replaced my order. Shipping was fast and I am very, very, pleased with the way the Vijay handles his business and customer service. The rings look great and I would/will use TriJewels again. Great transaction and great customer service.Thank you Vijay and all involved.

Very pleased with my TriJewels experience. My fiance is thrilled with her engagement ring! All my e-mails were promptly and thoroughly answered, and the engagement ring is beautiful! Not much more I could ask for.

When I originally started looking at rings I was wary of picking an online vendor and sought out reviews. The reviews here swayed me to consider TriJewels and their settings were very attractive. I settled on a pretty princess-cut 3 stone ring.. very pretty, however through some prodding I found out my lady prefers a round-cut stone! Vijay was super easy to work with, he accepted my ring on return towards a larger round-cut 3-stone ring which I loved the second I opened it. My now-fiance loves it! Thanks so much and I will definitely consider Vijay and his service in the future!

This is my 3rd purchase from Trijewels.com - from Vijay Bhatia in particular.
At one point, I did the usual thing of visiting all the jewelry shops in the area - then a very close friend recommended Vijay.
I did my first jewelry purchase (diamond ring) from Vijay a couple of years ago. I chose something online - Vijay and I had an email correspondence and on his advice, I ended up changing my selection. Subsequently, I have purchased more diamond jewelry from him.

Vijay's service has been exemplary !
He is very prompt in replying to his mail and is always ready with helpful advise.

Trijewels and Vijay are awesome. Exceptional customer service for an exceptional product. I purchased a black diamond ring for my girlfriend and when it got here it blew me away. Its beautiful. Vijay is a true professional when it comes to selecting jewery. I have purchase earrings and a ring before and received exceptional service. This time I contacted Vijay about a cross and can he help me. He said he could and emailed me sample of cross designs about a 150 to look at. I selected a design and he came back with suggestions that made me change mind even though the design would have cost more then double the design I finally selected. My second choice he liked and we agreed to move forward with the cross. Vijay kept me informed of the process from making the mold, casting, polishing and finish. He sent me pictures of every step. My wife really loved this cross.
Dealing with a professional like Vijay is better then dealing with a sales person over counter at a big box store who know little or nothing about the jewery except what she/he reads on the tag.. Another plus is you don't have to pay for the the stores display counters and fancy lighting and other ovehead items.
