I waited 12 years for my recently purchased ring and I would gladly wait another12 if I knew how well trijewels would take care of me! From New York to Manila and Beyond: Stellar !

After much research, canvassing, and trepidation,
I decided to purchase our engagement stone from Trijewels.com. The fact that this would be my first online international purchase weighted heavily on my mind (I am based in Manila, so you can just imagine my anxiety at the thought of purchasing and shipping in a diamond from an internet seller) but this was pleasantly replaced by the attentive, prompt, and personalized service provided by Vijay Bhatia. Through real-time email correspondence, he was able to answer all my queries and make sure that the purchase would push through promptly and properly.

These factors clinched the deal for me:
+Trijewels.com has the best BBB rating and numerous verifiable certifications
+Best value prices (stone quality/size versus pricing) across the board
+Concierge quality service provided by Vijay and his staff
+Vijay's fair, warm, and ultimately professional approach

Vijay assured me that he would send the best he could and he did not disappoint. We took the stone to 2 different jewelers (family jewelers in fact) in Manila once we got it and they all confirmed the stone's quality and size. Our jeweler actually took extra time to have it set properly as he wanted to do justice to the stone.

Vijay helped me make sure that things worked out for our engagement and I now anoint him as my personal jeweler (in New York that is). I say that because we will definitely be purchasing more jewelry from Trijewels.com (my fiancee apparently deserves earrings, a necklace, and more diamond encrusted accouterments).

The admiration and wonderful compliments she gets from friends, family, and acquaintances on her ring are incentive and encouragement to complete our black diamond wedding set...wait, having said that, I think I'll have Vijay make some sort of guy ring or bracelet for me. Hmm..

This review is getting out of hand but the truth is I can probably go on for a good 888 words more when it comes to how happy and satisfied I am with my purchase.

I was nervous to buy a diamond ring online but after reading reviews I decided to try. My experience with Vijay was amazing! He was able to get a ring to me in just a few days. It's incredible! I shook for a half hour after my ring arrived. It's absolutely beautiful! The ring fits perfectly. The diamonds are crystal clear and sparkly. The service was outstanding. The price is incredible for such a good quality ring. I've had it for one day and all my friends have commented on it. Gorgeous Ring & Stunning Service

Best 20th Wedding Anniversary present ever!

A couple of months ago I ordered an emerald and diamond ring. Let me tell you I was a little nervous spending that kind of money for something I couldn't see in person. My husband was adamant that if he was going to spend that kind of money he wanted an appraisal as well. After a lot of digging through jewelry websites Trijewels was the only one I could find with anything like that. I talked to Vijay over the phone before they shipped my ring out. And needless to say I asked him a lot of questions. And he answered every single one without any hesitation. He put a lot of my fears to rest after that phone call. Finally the day arrived when my ring showed up. Everybody had to come running in when I opened the package. Let me tell you it is the most gorgeous emerald ring I have ever seen!!! I decided to purchase a tennis bracelet as a graduation (and couple more occasions…) gift for my wife. I went to local stores, invested hours of online searching, and came across TriJewels, which I did not know before. I should add that by embarking on such an extensive search, I suddenly realized I only had couple days to get everything together for graduation day! I contacted Vijay at Trijewels and actually gave him a pretty hard time over the phone. No matter how many questions I had, Vijay was patient and friendly, and I could really feel he cared that I would be happy with the decision for years to come. I ended up ordering a 18k bracelet with diamonds, and Vijay did the impossible and had it overnighted to where I lived, which was in a different state. You would probably not be surprised to hear that my wife was ecstatic about her surprise, but since then (it has been a year now), she literally gets compliments anywhere we go. Well I found a diamond tennis bracelet that I thought my wife would like so I ordered it. When I presented it to my wife the bracelet was simply too long. Vijay said he would be glad to have it shortened but in the meantime my wife decided she wanted something else. So I followed the instructions found on the website for Returns and shipped it back. I was VERY pleased when I quickly received a FULL refund.
