Buying an engagement with TriJewels was a low stress and enjoyable experience. Vijay, the owner, took the time to educate me on ring materials and style as well as diamond cuts and grading. I ordered a ring from TriJewels for my wife to commemorate the birth of our daughter, and it turned out it wasn't quite what I wanted. I was able to return the ring to TriJewels and worked with Vijay to select a different ring. He listened to my feedback and recommended a different style that turned out to be perfect. I presented this ring to my wife and she completely loves it and wears it almost every day! The ring itself is beautiful, with quality metalwork and perfect matching in the stones. And as a bonus, the price was fair. It's clear that Vijay cares about his customers and wants to help them find the right piece.
