When I had found a missing diamond in my diamond band I hesitated contacting TriJewels. I wear my rings while doing just about everything!Upon contacting Rupa, she responded that they would honor their warranty and replace the diamond. She explained that because of the setting I perhaps could remove my rings at times...I decided to change the setting altogether and they credited me the difference and I now have another gorgeous TriJewels' eternity ring.I look forward to adding more exquisite pieces from this wonderful...and honorable company!

My experience with TriJewels was amazing from start to finish, ESPECIALLY the customer service and attention to detail! My mom inherited a beautiful ruby necklace from her mother, and had talked about wanting to find a pair of earrings to match for the longest time. Well, after a recent (unrelated) mishap where she got her hopes up about that and it ended up not happening, my sister and my dad and I decided to get her those matching earrings! I emailed back and forth with Vijay and the TriJewels team, and we were able to settle on a pair of rubies that leaned pink, just like her necklace. My mom is thrilled with how beautiful they are, and wears them all the time (with her matching ruby necklace, of course)!

The customer service was great. When I ordered my rings I had someone reach out to me instantly. They were asked me questions regarding the rings that I purchased. They wanted to make sure that what I ordered would fit well with what I wanted to stack them with. The company sent out a sample to try the size and also sent some stones for me to look at. They were constantly checking in to make sure I received the shipments and asked for approvals of everything. I absolutely love the rings that I received. They look great with my wedding set. Pictures do not do them justice. They have a beautiful sparkle to them and they were just what I was looking for.
