They were great with customer service. I needed a smaller ring size than available and it wasn't a problem. I was also looking to stack with my other two rings and they sent me a prototype to ensure it fit before creating it. Overall in LOVE and great experience!

Vijay and his team made wedding ring shopping an incredible experience for my wife and I. We're extremely happy with how the rings have turned out, especially the custom design we requested. Thanks so much to TriJewels! The process was super similar, as we visited Vijay in his office to discuss what kinds of rings we liked best and he explained how different choices would look and which would likely turn out the best for our desires. He really knows his stuff and I would highly recommend paying him a visit.Even if you can't make it to NYC, TriJewels is the best!
