I actually changed my mind after I paid for the first ring and VJ didn't get upset. He refunded me my money immediately and got to work on my other choice. I am thrilled with my new ring; it is beautiful and fits perfectly. Since my ring was slightly custom VJ was always there to talk or text with me. It was some of the best customer service ever. The jewelers are not only talented and honest, but friendly and helpful too!
