Vijay responded immediately when my order was placed to verify sizing. We actually changed the size based on his recommendations and it fits perfectly. Cannot beat the customer service!! I explained to Vijay the significance of the ring and what it means and he even responded to the with a very kind message. And I feel guilty saying this but even though I received a letter of appraisal, I it did take it to my local jeweler just to verify authenticity and it is real. I Just could not believe the incredible ring that I got for a fraction of what everyone else wanted to charge me! I have found my new jeweler.
