I do like the earrings. One earring opened up about 1/3”, the other complete opened up like 1 inch. I thought the jeweler would have checked that before it was sent. Hopefully I won’t have to have it checked in the future and pay for it. Also, I received an email a few days before I received them that I would have to sign for them. Not the case, they came UPSPS. Confused 🫤

Hi 1) the other one is slightly tight which will become loose after using it couple of times..nothing to worry. 2) Glad you got the item we do take signature required with full insurance so nothing to worry about if lost we get paid for the same and you get a replacement, USPS should have done its job properly but sometime these guys are over worked, usually they are very good. appreciate the feedback. always here if need any thing else.
