I originally ordered the 2mm ring and before it shipped, I was contacted and sent a ring sizer free of charge to make sure I would get the correct size. When my ring arrived, I decided it looked too overpowering next to my engagement ring, so I asked if I could exchange it for the 1.7mm version. The customer service was impeccable and they even sent me a sample to make sure it would look good with my other ring. It was an easy process to return my ring and receive the new one that is absolutely perfect!! All shipments were extremely fast and arrived in only a few days. Thank you so much for fulfilling all my needs and helping me find the perfect wedding ring.
