I had difficulties being at home to accept delivery and TriJewels was extremely accommodating. They arranged for change in delivery method after item had already been sent to UPS. No hassle at all for me and I'm very happy with them!
Vijay was extremely helpful in helping me understand diamonds and navigate through the "C's". I had no knowledge of the industry and Vijay took 4 hours out of his Friday night to sit there and explain in detail all the different "C's" while showing me examples. As we settled on what I wanted I felt very comfortable with my choice. The price for them is very competitive but add the warm great service...great experience using Vijay.
