From the very beginning of trying to get this ring created I had excellent communication with Rupa. As soon as I put my order in she contacted me to verify the size of ring. Just to make sure I got the right size she even sent me a ring sizer. This is a gift ring for my sister for Mother's Day. It is a Mother's ring. I had an engraving put on the ring and Rupa contacted me to make sure that it is what I wanted. She sent and I received the ring quickly. It is absolutely beautiful! Exquisite! The quality of this ring is beyond reproach. I would absolutely recommend TriJewels! The communication was outstanding and the end result is just beautiful! I would absolutely purchase from here again! Rupa made me feel like she really cared and I cherish that.

the ring was beautiful! i loved it and im so excited to give it to my girlfriend. i wanted something dainty and beautiful, and not too cheesy. perfect!

I had some questions about the jewelry I was ordering. The owner called me back instead of the manager and was super. He answered all my questions, gave me information I needed and email address in case I had any other questions. I cannot wait to get the jewelry. I read other reviews from customers and all seemed satisfied.
