Great experience. We went to many stores and spoke with many jewelry experts, but none of them are as friendly or as experienced as TriJewels, especially Vijay Bhatia. He helped us narrowing the diamond that best matched our needs. Price was great, most importantly the experience of buying was a pleasure. First of all, it was was a sincere pleasure working with Vijay on a wedding ring for my wife. He was clearly more interested in achieving mutual happiness than in making a profit. The quality of the ring and the accuracy of the finished product to the design were absolutely remarkable. The ring looks way more expensive than what was actually paid. Needless to say, my wife was extremely pleased with the ring that was made especially for her & thanks to Vijay, she now has a new part-time job; fielding comments and questions all day long about her gorgeous ring!! .....GREAT JOB TRI JEWELS!
