Overall a very good experience because of the owners customer service. He is willing to go above and beyond to help you get what you want. The only problem I had, is the color of the gemstones are not as they appear in the online photos. *Ask for photos of the stones before you wait to find out when your ring arrives. Doing so will save a lot of time. Other than that. Great service. Great communication and nice quality.

Buying jewelry online is difficult and stressful not being able to see something in person and knowing for sure exactly what you are getting. I researched for months before making my purchase. ViJay was amazing at helping me to create a customized stackable 3/4 alexandrite and LG diamond eternity ring w/ lots of sentimental meaning to it that will be worn w/ my E-ring eventually. He answered tons of questions and made sure I was completely happy with my purchase. He eased my stress and reassured me that he would make it perfect! To be honest I was still worried up until I had my new ring in hand! The final outcome is incredible! Beyond words gorgeous and all that I could have hoped for.
