Vijay responded immediately when my order was placed to verify sizing. We actually changed the size based on his recommendations and it fits perfectly. Cannot beat the customer service!! And I feel guilty saying this but even though I received a letter of appraisal, I it did take it to my local jeweler just to verify authenticity and it is real.
