Rupa helped me throughout my purchase. She was so fast in getting back to me regarding any questions and thoughtfully gave me options. Great customer service! I would definitely buy from TriJewels again!
First...this is my second purchase! I was so appreciative of the assistance from Rupa while buying my Christmas present (to myself) that I couldn't wait for Valentines! My ring to come was once again like having a friend's opinion, we even had a second from Vjay-can't wait to wear my "gift"
I had an amazing shopping experience at TriJewels. Vijay was wonderful at ensuring that I got exactly what I wanted. He sent me videos of the stones so that I could see their color, and he was understanding when I ordered two versions of the same ring in different carat sizes (because I couldn't decide without seeing them) knowing that I would definitely be returning one of the two rings. It was a great experience, my ring is gorgeous, and the price was fantastic! Oh, and the order got to me very quickly. Highly recommend!!!
I spoke with Vijay and he was very kind in talking me through my order and the best ways on navigating the purchase. I've had a very pleasant buying experience with this company. Looking forward to my next beautiful purchase! Thank you, Vijay, my new friend at TriJewels for your beautiful work and excellent service!
