Great customer service and quality of work. Fedex left my package at the front door when the item requires a signature confirmation to receive the order. Thus, my package went missing/stolen.

Vijay/Prina contacted Fedex right away as they have purchase insurance and was able to remake my ring and sent it as soon as they could at no additional cost.

Amazing experience! Vijay was simply wonderful. He was so accommodating with my indecisiveness and made the experience so much better. He was able to make me a beautiful single prong eternity wedding band to go specifically with my engagement ring. He was able to tweak the ring in ways that would fit with my engagement ring perfectly. The process was so quick too!!! See photo: bought garnet infinity band to wear with Grandma's old garnet ring. Fabulous look! Purchased a year ago, wore 3 times and a stone fell out. Bummer! Put ring aside as I got busy moving to Hawaii. I fully expected a stone replacement fee as it has been a year and there was none. I even offered to pay postage back to HI-VJ said, "don't worry about it." I promised to be his BEST spokesperson here in Hawaii!!!! Eternity Band- so happy!

I live abroad in Hong Kong and had trouble finding someone to custom make a rose gold eternity band with floating diamonds. I'm an avid jewelry collector and after careful online research I found the style I wanted from Trijewels. What drew me to the site were the clean design of the website and the detailed specifications of each ring. Trijewels also has the most competitive prices on the rings I researched. The photographs were also very clear- not many jewelry sites show pictures of the ring on a hand which is very important for perspective (diamonds always look much bigger in the closeup shots!)

As I was skeptical of buying a piece of jewelry online without having seen it in person, I asked my sister who lives in Manhattant to visit Vijay's office/factory, to have a look in person. Vijay was very kind and we even scheduled a FaceTime meeting so I could "view" the rings on my sister's hand. I found Vijay to be super friendly, refreshingly honest and sincere - and I learned a few things about different metals and what worked better with different sized diamonds. After our Facetime chat and seeing the rings virtually, I decided to go ahead with the purchase of the Valerie eternity band but in a slightly larger size than I initially had my eyes on. I'm so glad my sister had the chance to try it on for me and for Vijay's advice.

Vijay and I exchanged several emails about the details of the ring and I received it just a short week later in Hong Kong. (I have to add a special comment here about the packaging - it came inside 2 FedEx boxes and then an additional FedEx envelope- very secure!).

The ring came out beautifully and exactly as I wanted. My husband and I couldn't be more pleased! The workmanship is very precise and the diamonds are incredibly sparkly. I have already received so many compliments from my friends. The rose gold combined with the single shared prongs style give it a delicate feel and each stone really stands out. (The photos I have attached don't really do it justice, but the ring itself is just as it appears on the website). I highly recommend Vijay's service. I ordered a ring from Vijay, who was most helpful. When I received it I realized the style was not really good with my other rings. Vijay was most gracious and took the ring back immediately and offered a refund. I decided to have a custom halo ring made instead. I spoke with Vijay often and came to know him as someone knowledgeable and honest. The advice he gave was perfect. I now have a most beautiful halo ring with exquisite detail.
