I ordered a lovely evil eye ring for my wife with a sapphire. After receiving it, we realized the sapphire was darker than what we were envisioning (our fault!), and asked for the same ring with a blue diamond (gorgeous). Unfortunately, the second ring had a few small manufacturing defects. The team at TriJewels / Vijay were fantastic and helped us with a simple refund for the first ring, and a fix for the second that my wife now wears all the time. They were understanding and willing to work with us throughout the process. Wonderful resolution to what could have been a very painful experience.

I worked with Vijay to create my engagement ring. I’ve been married 48 years and we never spent the money for a ring…….other priorities. I am now a priority!!!He was gracious and patient and helped me create a ring that was worth waiting for! I LOVE it. It is perfect!Thank you Vijay!

Great quality diamonds and the beautiful unique design make me very happy! It was my first time purchasing jewelry online, so I was apprehensive about the size and how it would look in person. However they helped me with not only the size (sent me the actual ring to fit) but also about the other rings that I’m going to wear it with, and explained some features to resolve any potential concerns in advance. After all the detailed information, I had nothing to worry about and the rings were just as I expected! This shopping experience was beyond ordinary online shopping.I’m going to buy one for my husband too.
