Great quality diamonds and the beautiful unique design make me very happy! It was my first time purchasing jewelry online, so I was apprehensive about the size and how it would look in person. However they helped me with not only the size (sent me the actual ring to fit) but also about the other rings that I’m going to wear it with, and explained some features to resolve any potential concerns in advance. After all the detailed information, I had nothing to worry about and the rings were just as I expected! This shopping experience was beyond ordinary online shopping.I’m going to buy one for my husband too.

Vijay and the TriJewels team proactively and promptly handled every part of my purchase. They were incredibly informative and responsive even outside of regular hours. I ordered an eternity engagement band and two wedding rings and the photos did not do them justice! Complimentary resizing after I selected too small took less than a week door to door even though I live across the country. Thank you for the great service and jewelry to cherish for a lifetime!

The transaction was better than I could’ve expected in every way. Communication throughout the process was top-notch. The ring itself is beautiful and came in above the stated carat weight. The missus was so pleased I’ve already placed a second order for Valentines Day. Highly recommended!
