When I had found a missing diamond in my diamond band I hesitated contacting TriJewels. I wear my rings while doing just about everything!
Upon contacting Rupa, she responded that they would honor their warranty and replace the diamond. She explained that because of the setting I perhaps could remove my rings at times...I decided to change the setting altogether and they credited me the difference and I now have another gorgeous TriJewels' eternity ring.

My experience with TriJewels was amazing from start to finish, ESPECIALLY the customer service and attention to detail! My mom inherited a beautiful ruby necklace from her mother, and had talked about wanting to find a pair of earrings to match for the longest time. Well, after a recent (unrelated) mishap where she got her hopes up about that and it ended up not happening, my sister and my dad and I decided to get her those matching earrings!
