My wife and I received the ring from trijewlers and it was exactly what she wanted. It was a beautiful ring. We were in the process of moving and the ring was in the box sitting on the bed. When we went to unpack the boxes the ring and box were not in there. We went through all the packed boxes and it was not anywhere to be found. I called trijewlers and talked to Vijay and he was very sorry to here about my problem. He sent me a code to reorder the ring which I did. He was extremely helpful. We both greatly appreciate his help in a very disturbing situation.
