Amazing experience! Vijay was simply wonderful. He answered my 100 questions with no drama at all. The process was so quick too!!! And Vijay was very quick to answer any emails even during out of work hours. He even called me to Australia to attend to my questions!!!!! I cannot wait to start ordering more products from him. He is truly a reliable and gifted jeweler!!!! And I am so in love with my rings !!!!

Great customer service and quality of work. Fedex left my package at the front door when the item requires a signature confirmation to receive the order. Thus, my package went missing/stolen.

Vijay/Prina contacted Fedex right away as they have purchase insurance and was able to remake my ring and sent it as soon as they could at no additional cost.

Amazing experience! Vijay was simply wonderful. He was so accommodating with my indecisiveness and made the experience so much better. He was able to make me a beautiful single prong eternity wedding band to go specifically with my engagement ring. He was able to tweak the ring in ways that would fit with my engagement ring perfectly. The process was so quick too!!! And Vijay was very quick to answer any emails or text messages (even when he was on holidays).
I cannot wait to start ordering more products from him. He's truly a gifted jeweler!!!!

I'm very pleased with my custom single shared prong diamond eternity band. The craftsmanship is superb at an amazing price. I was nervous about purchasing the ring on-line, but the ring came out better than I'd envisioned thanks to the very patient Vijay. Vijay provided exceptional customer service and very attentive. I could not love this wedding band more! It is beautiful and people have asked me where I found something so unique. Trijewels was amazing in that they resized the ring for me so it would fit perfectly with my engagement ring. I will definitely be coming back for all my jewelry in the future, thanks TriJewels!

I don't usually leave product reviews but I want to share how great my experience was with Trijewels. I found them on Amazon and decided to purchase with them directly after I saw all of their positive reviews. The customer service is absolutely excellent! I was not sure of my ring size and I spoke with Prina several times throughout the process and she was so patient with me and helpful. I absolutely love my ring and look forward to doing business with them again in the future! Also, I loved that my ring was casted especially for me and that it was not something just sitting there. It just made me feel extra special!!

See photo: bought garnet infinity band to wear with Grandma's old garnet ring. Fabulous look! Purchased a year ago, wore 3 times and a stone fell out. Bummer! Put ring aside as I got busy moving to Hawaii. I fully expected a stone replacement fee as it has been a year and there was none. I even offered to pay postage back to HI-VJ said, "don't worry about it." I promised to be his BEST spokesperson here in Hawaii!!!! I WILL buy from you again and I WILL talk you up in the South Pacific! Aloha & Mahalo...JD
