I was not sure of my ring size and I spoke with Prina several times throughout the process and she was so patient with me and helpful. See photo: bought garnet infinity band to wear with Grandma's old garnet ring. Fabulous look! Purchased a year ago, wore 3 times and a stone fell out. Bummer! Put ring aside as I got busy moving to Hawaii. I fully expected a stone replacement fee as it has been a year and there was none. I even offered to pay postage back to HI-VJ said, "don't worry about it." I promised to be his BEST spokesperson here in Hawaii!!!!
