I looked at a lot of online jewellers and this one was the best in terms of customization.
I talked with Vijay about the right topaz color to chose. They even helped to resize the ring.
Everything went well and the shiping was fast.
Perfect I recommend it !

I was looking for a tennis bracelet specifically with Emeralds and yellow gold. To my pleasant surprise, Trijewels had exactly what I was looking for! Vijay is a true professional, keeping me informed every step of the way of making this custom piece. He even went above and beyond to make sure I received it on time when a date was unexpectedly moved up on short notice. The bracelet is so beautiful! I am so glad I found Vijay! Absolutely Phenomenal!!!

Vijay at Tri Jewels is just amazing. Vijay custom made my engagement ring and I loved how beautiful it came out. He really took into account all the different details I wanted in my ring from- delicacy, simplicity, elegance and a hint of glamour. Vijay also took the time to suggest different styles and looks to go with my personality and taste which really helped in deciding the final look of the ring. It was very evident that he strives to give the best quality diamonds and the best finishing possible. I received the ring within the exact time frame Vijay mentioned from the beginning, despite him being ill and in bed rest. He was adamant to get me the ring on time as promised and I am truly grateful to him for it. I would highly suggest Tri Jewels to all my friends and family for all of their jewelry needs. His work is first class and if possible I'd give them 100 stars!

Better than I imagined!!

Everything about my experience with trijewels was stellar! I was in love with this ring for sentimental reasons, and trijewels did everything they could to make sure my ring arrived exactly as I wanted, quickly. I used the online chat several times, and each time the individuals I spoke to were extremely helpful. Once I ordered my ring, I realized I needed to go one size up. Without hesitation or frustration, they quickly changed this detail on my order. It arrived in less than a week from the time I purchased it, and I couldn't be more happy! The peridot is a beautiful light green, MUCH MUCH better than the pictures online. It's more beautiful that I imagined! 100% will be doing business with trijewels again and I highly recommend this company to anyone looking for a beautiful piece!

AMAZING customer service

My husband wanted to get me a new ring as we are celebrating our 10 year wedding anniversary. He found the ring that he wanted but was very nervous as it was a big purchase and we would be ordering it online. So I read reveiews, and I emailed Trijewels as well. Within minutes Vijay emailed me back asking what we were looking for and how he could help us. I told him what we were trying to do, he said they could do it absolutely and he could send me a sample to make sure it was really want we wanted. So we placed our order, and received the sample very shortly after that. The service that I received from Vijay and Diva from Trijewels was beyond AMAZING!!!! I'm sure that I was a pain with all of the emails I was sending, I also changed where I wanted my ring shipped. Anytime in the future that we will make a jewelry purchase it will definately be from Trijewels! My ring was also ready and on my finger before expected! The quality and beauty of my ring is INCREDIBLE, I honestly could not be any happier!! Also before they shipped my ring I received pictures of it as well!!
