I worked with Vijay to build a sapphire and diamond eternity band in 18K white gold. He was extremely helpful throughout the entire process, including having my mom and me in his office to look at options. Once we decided on the style, I also came in to view the stones before everything was set. He always responded quickly to any inquiries I had about the ring, returns, resizing, etc. All in all, it was a great experience.
