Vijay is a true professional when it comes to selecting jewery. I have purchase earrings and a ring before and received exceptional service. This time I contacted Vijay about a cross and can he help me. He said he could and emailed me sample of cross designs about a 150 to look at. I selected a design and he came back with suggestions that made me change mind even though the design would have cost more then double the design I finally selected. My second choice he liked and we agreed to move forward with the cross. Vijay kept me informed of the process from making the mold, casting, polishing and finish. He sent me pictures of every step. My wife really loved this cross. Dealing with a professional like Vijay is better then dealing with a sales person over counter at a big box store who know little or nothing about the jewery except what she/he reads on the tag.. Wow! I was completely surprise when my husband asked if I would like black diamond earrings for Christmas. He is a shopper so when he visited our local jeweler he was shocked at the price. We got online and found trijewels and researched the site I was more than a little apprehensive about buying diamonds on the enternet but after researching further we could not have been happier with the results. My husband even talked to ViJay on the phone and was impressed with his honesty and his integerity. He even issued us for credit to our account. The black diamond earrings were absolutely gorgeous, and I have never seen earrings made like these. I was concerned for the safety of the earrings staying on the ears and his method is terrific for safety. The entire stud is made to be screwed on. I have never before seen this. No way can they ever come off. If you are looking for a jeweler online that is honest---look no further. This man is terrific. You wil not be disappointed. This was the first time I bought from Tri-jewels. I had decided that my husband needed to buy me jewellery for my birthday; and luckily for him, I took matters in my own hands. I saw a beautiful pair of diamond and sapphire earrings at a large retail store, but found the make-man ship not upto the mark, as well as the price a little high.I emailed the design to Trijewels, and initiated what has been to date the best customer-service I have ever received in my 15 years in the USA. Great care was taken to make sure what I wanted and didn't want, and all the specifications were met. My beautiful earrings and matching pendant were overnight Fed-exed to me to ensure that I could wear the same on an upcoming cruise. Aquamarine/Sapphire Eternity Band.My only regret is that I didn't contact trijewels.com first-next time.I will! Here's what happened - I purchased a similar ring for my wife (25th anniversary) from a big online jeweler.. My wife loved the ring but the size was huge (I ordered a size 9 but the ring they sent measured an 11). I called the company and they told me they would pick up and send a size 8 (which we decided would work and they assured me was in stock). After several weeks and unanswered emails, I called to find out they didn't have any more of these rings - in any size - discontinued. We were both so disappointed. I then purchased her another ring rom another jeweler(not an eternity band, but it had both aquamarine and sapphire). She wasn't happy with that one because of the color of the aquamarine. The other aquamarines she owns are basically clear (like a diamond) with a very faint blue tint - this is what we wanted. I know some jewelers try to pass off blue topazes for aquamarines and this may have been the case as the blue was considerably darker. Returned that one. Contacted Trijewels.com. Vijay answered my email quickly and addressed all my concerns even though superstorm Sandy had just hit New York. To make sure all was right, he even sent me a ring sizer and a couple of real aquamarine stones as samples. He kept in contact through the entire process and the ring arrived right when he promised. Outstanding workmanship - outstanding service.
